In our experience we would doubt a claim by any owner that their internet provider guarantees its connection.
Due to the nature and general un-reliability issues that exist on Lanzarote business users are advised if internet contact is mission critical to arrange an alternate service.
In the event of no connections our service is not “Call Out” based. Our management will attend in the normal course of business and prove connection on our own devices. NO SUPPORT OR TECH ADVICE WILL BE OFFERED.
The system has no capacity for “Streaming” of any nature.
