The Ironman swim course takes place at Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen, the main tourist resort of the island. It is a two-lap course with a short running passage between the two laps.

For the super fit the provided link will take to the Lanzarote Ironman site, I just get tired reading it ! If you just want to see the spectacle of the race itself there are many vantage points all over the course. Just be aware of transport and if going by car you could be locked on some roads and in some car parks while the race passes.
